If the Mail-In Instructions Form is not filled out properly, items will be made out to the return sender. Due to recent issues, personal checks WILL NOT be accepted; only cash or money order. Due to the amount of requests received, we cannot guarantee a return time. In addition, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. It is strongly recommended that you do NOT send valuable items or those that have a high sentimental value.
